The Universal 100 Gal. 199,900 BTU Natural Gas Water Heater has a convenient spark-to-pilot electrical ignition that quickly starts a gas-powered burner. Built for commercial use, the heater has a large 100 Gal. tank and multiple water connections to accommodate a wide variety of hot water applications. The heater's small foot print, low vent height and multiple water connections make it an ideal replacement unit. Please Note: This model requires a 120-Volt power source.- California residents

- Easy to service: factory installed full port, full flow brass drain valve allows for faster draining and servicing and hand-hole cleanout for easy removal of lime/sediment deposits
- Direct spark to pilot ignition system: Saves energy by igniting only when there is a call for heat
- Built-in corrosion resistance: patented anode design utilizes multiple magnesium rods to ensure corrosion resistance for a long tank life
- Built-in features: CSA/ASME rated factory-installed T and P relief valve
- Fully insulated: energy saving sag and moisture proof fiberglass insulation surrounds the storage tank and heavy mineral wool insulation surrounds the combustion chamber
- Gas control system: thermostat adjusts from 100°F to 180°F, 24-Volt combination gas valve includes main gas pressure regulation, on-off manual valve, 120/24-Volt transformer and high limit temperature cut-out

Nice Coat Not So Great Packaging

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
