When Millace's home is ransacked immediately following his death, Nore discovers a hidden collection of photographic negatives and photographic puzzles. As Nore uses his own knowledge of photography to develop and analyze the hidden film, he uncovers evidence of a massive web of track corruption, bribery, and blackmail.
