This is the same Catharina base as the fall 2024 bottling with 8 more months of aging in a Tequila barrel. For this iteration we switched up the fruits and are showcasing passionfruit, orange, and guava in this release. The tropical fruit aromas pop out of the glass and then you find the Tequila character in the flavor. The Tequila contributes a nice spiciness and salinity that takes this into a fruity summer cocktail for me.

Puppy will chew on this but not favorite. Over time it gets sharp pieces and dog could ingest. Not sure how safe for a small dog. Affordable but not long lasting.
