Origin: Man-made hybrid (descending from Philodendron erubescens)
Enjoys: Brightly lit spot with filtered light (avoid direct sun). With upright growth, will eventually want a pole/stake to climb & grow.
Care: Thrives with moderate watering. Allow the top layer (~1 inch) of soil to partly dry out between waterings. Fertilize sparingly, about once every 2 months during spring/summer.

Toxicity: Philodendron genus of plants considered toxic upon ingestion to humans, cats, dogs, etc.
