Six Questions Your Pizza Patron Franchise Financial Model Must Answer

We built this franchise unit financial model using our own research to help you navigate the unit economics of this pizza concept. Key assumptions like the $1.25M initial revenue and the 8% total brand fees are pre-populated with researched data and remain fully editable. Honestly, seeing the $426,000 year-one EBITDA helps you understand the potential of a high-volume urban location.

When will the unit turn a profit?

The unit becomes profitable by March 2026, just three months after launch. This quick turn happens as revenue scales and food costs drop from 13.5% to 11.5% through better waste management and volume purchasing.

Improve Unit Profitability

  • Optimize family bundle pricing
  • Reduce packaging waste
  • Tighten pizza cook scheduling
[dynamic_pic9]

What is the total capital requirement?

You need approximately $553,000 to launch, which covers the $30,000 franchise fee and $280,000 in leasehold improvements. The model also factors in a $714,000 minimum cash buffer to handle early operating expenses and the initial ramp-up phase.

Major Capital Uses

  • Leasehold improvements: $280,000
  • Pizza ovens equipment: $120,000
  • Initial franchise fee: $30,000
[dynamic_pic10]

What is the expected return on investment?

Investors can expect a 6.19% IRR and a 2.78 ROE based on the five-year performance data. The payback period is estimated at 3 years, which is quite competitive for a high-volume food franchise with $1.25M in starting annual sales.

Key Investor Metrics

  • 6.19% Internal Rate of Return
  • 3-year full payback period
  • 2.78 Return on Equity
[dynamic_pic11]

Where is the monthly break-even point?

The monthly break-even occurs in March 2026 once your pizza and bundle sales cover the $9,000 rent and 8% royalty burden. You defintely need to maintain high traffic to offset the fixed costs of a prime retail location.

Levers for Faster Break-Even

  • Increase average ticket size
  • Drive mobile app volume
  • Control utility consumption
[dynamic_pic12]

How much cash runway is needed?

Your lowest cash point is $714,000 in March 2026, meaning you need a solid liquidity cushion for the first 90 days. While the ramp is fast, keeping cash for the $1,200 monthly local marketing spend is vital to keep the funnel full.

Actions to Protect Cash

  • Phase furniture fixture buys
  • Negotiate rent-free periods
  • Manage opening food inventory
[dynamic_pic13]

How do different scenarios look?

A high-performance scenario shows revenue hitting $2.36M by year five, which significantly boosts your EBITDA from the initial $426,000. Low scenarios test how a 10% sales dip affects your 3-year payback and peak cash needs during the first year.

Improve Odds of High Case

  • Execute hyper-local marketing
  • Maximize peak-hour throughput
  • Retain bilingual crew members

It's a good product but not quite a grand slam..
Color: Black, Style: Wireless, Pattern Name: Mouse
I've tried 15+ different mice in the last few years. It would be a bigger number if I wanted to collect them, but I mainly just try to buy the best small to medium-ish ultralight mice in search of my endgame. Won't buy a mouse without seeing reviews first anymore. However, I did main the old wired G502 for a long time before I became a snob. I still like the G502 shape, scroll wheel, and button layout very much despite the fact that it's not going to help me get high scores in aim trainers. The disadvantages caused by the weight and shape are somewhat, but not totally, made up for by the added functionality of the extra buttons, which are also fantastic for productivity. This is an overall solid product with only a few minor flaws that kept me from giving it a perfect score. The good: 1. Weight is noticeably reduced compared to the wired version. 2. The button layout every G502 fan fawns over is now on a wireless mouse. And it's genuinely a great button layout. 3. It's wireless, obviously. 4. Top-tier sensor. 5. Excellent battery life. 6. Infinite scroll wheel go brrrrr The bad: 1. Standard black teflon mouse feet. Not the worst I've seen, but Logitech does have a reputation for putting sh*tty feet on great mice. They at least improved this on the Superlight, but even those were still too thin. These aren't bad, but they could be better. 2. Click feel is substantially worse compared to the old G502. Switches are clearly not the same. Honestly would've been tempted to give this mouse 5 stars if it weren't for the clicks. They aren't heavy and ultra tactile like they were before. They're light and standard-feeling now, which isn't a deal-breaker by any stretch, but it's disappointing. 3. Price. You have to get this thing for less than $100 or it simply isn't worth it. It's a step up from the wired G502 but not to the point of it being worth 3 times as much. Even at a $95 sale price, that's still pushing it. Summary: you're sacrificing click feel and money to improve weight, obtain a nicer scroll wheel, and rid yourself of the atrocity that is the original G502 cable. You're also getting great battery life and excellent, low-latency wireless tech. It's a good mouse, but it's hard to say it's worth triple the amount of its predecessor, especially if you can replace mouse cables. Do not pay more than $100 for this mouse.

The best mouse is the best mouse
Color: Black, Style: Wireless, Pattern Name: Mouse
I've used the wired in the past and it was my favorite mouse and after using an ASUS wireless mouse for the last 2 years I decided to go back to the Logi G502 only the wireless version this time. Connectivity is great. Disappointed that it doesn't use USB-C to charge the mouse itself, but whatever. This thing is so great and more comfortable than the last mouse I was using. That's a win All I'm saying is it's great to have this mouse again because it's hard to argue that this is the best mouse for gaming. I can't comment on battery life as I just received it but from the rest of the reviews, its has great battery life. But upon immediate use, I just can't recommend this mouse enough!!!

Works flawlessly for drafting use...
Color: Black, Style: Wireless, Pattern Name: Mouse
This mouse has been a great upgrade for my setup. The wireless connection is fast and reliable, and I honestly can’t tell the difference from a wired mouse. The sensor is very responsive, and everything feels smooth and precise, especially combined with the Logitech G mouse pad. I actually use this all day at work for drafting, so precision and comfort really matter, and this mouse delivers on both. I’ve even purchased several more for my drafting team, and everyone has been really happy with it. I also like the customizable weight system—you can adjust it to feel just right in your hand. Overall it feels solid, well made, and comfortable for long hours of use.

This is the last mouse you will ever buy
Color: Black, Style: Wireless, Pattern Name: Mouse
Just buy it. What can be said about this mouse that hasn't been said before? This is the perfect mouse, there is no contest. I know it is a bit on the pricier side, but if you need a mouse, just get the cheapest one you can get and start saving to get this one, IT'S THAT GOOD. The mouse glides over any decent mouse pad, you don't need to get a Logitech one. The shape is perfect for all kinds of grips and the weight system is great for customization. The led has different brightness levels, including turning it off completely to save more battery, and the keys are just silent and satisfying to press. Again, this is the best mouse ever, no other mouse will offer a better value for your money than this one. A bit steep, yes, but worth it.
