This desktop printer produces black prints at a rate of 12 pages per minute, and color prints at 8 pages per minute. The first page takes 26 seconds to print. This speed is decent, will help users go through printing jobs quickly. The HP LaserJet CP1518NI is network-ready and connects via Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, TCP/IP or USB port. This HP laser printer is capable of printing photos even without a PC. This workgroup printer prints legal size, executive size and number 10 Monarch envelope sizes up to an 8.5 x 14-inch diameter. This workgroup printer can handle a load of up to 30,000 pages per month, and can print on many types of paper, including brochure, cardstock, envelopes, glossy, labels, photo, preprinted, recycled, rough, and transparency sheets.
