Released in the late 70s, Wings Greatest was Paul McCartney’s very first official best-of collection after The Beatles’ breakup, covering his golden Wings era. From his first solo single “Another Day” (1971) through to Wings’ 1978 hit “With a Little Luck,” the album also included key non-album singles such as “Live and Let Die,” “Junior’s Farm,” and “Mull of Kintyre.” At the time, it stood as the definitive representation of Wings’ 70s peak.

Now comes Wings Greatest Unreleased, an alternate collection different from the original release.

• CD1: Expanded New Edition – Features all 12 original tracks in brand-new remixes and remasters, plus 6 additional singles not included on the album, for a total of 18 tracks. Unlike past editions from the same label, this version uses newly selected multitrack sources, providing upgraded sound quality and a completely re-edited and revised presentation.

• CD2: Original Analog Masters – Contains the never-released Wings Greatest analog master prepared for DCC (Audio Fidelity CD), newly remastered and fully included here. Known for its faithful reproduction of the original analog sound—quite different from standard digital remasters—this rare version reveals a clear difference when compared side by side.

• Also included are Promotional Single Tracks – rare radio promo edits in mono, all transferred directly from the original master discs and restored with the latest technology.

From DAP Label, this 2025 edition represents a fully renewed, upgraded release—both in content and sound quality. The definitive revised version of Wings Greatest Unreleased is finally here!
