- Deluxe LED controls provide 18 programmable menu options and include probe cooking with a 3-inch food probe.
- Holds up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 13" x 26" pans on adjustable 1-1/2" centers.
- Field-reversible insulated Dutch doors help reduce heat loss and support flexible installation.
