How do I cook Wagyu beef?
Avoid Overcooking: Due to its high fat content, cooking wagyu beyond medium can result in melting away much of the fat, losing its succulence and texture. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it does not exceed 130Β°F to 135Β°F at its thickest point.
Rest the Meat: Allow the Wagyu beef to rest for about half the time it was cooked. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the meat, enhancing its flavor and tenderness.
