- AquaTemp system continuously monitors and controls temperature and humidity for consistent food texture.
- Non-venting design helps simplify installation and may eliminate the need for a hood, subject to local code.
- 18 sets of adjustable universal angles support multiple pan sizes, including full-size pans.
- Field-reversible insulated Dutch doors with anti-microbial latches help reduce heat loss and improve sanitation.
- Configured for 12 kW, 480V, 3-phase electric service with a permanent cord and plug.
- Heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters with brakes and an integral drip trough improve mobility and help keep floors dry.
