These pads are made from a specially designed softer compound which gives a longer lifetime as well as improved pedal feel at lower speeds. Have contacted the seller and gotten the "we have a 1 year warranty" line. I am in the 300+ lb weight class. I have had many MANY other class 3 lifts and I know it will work as intended for about 2.5 years, and then it will slowly fail and not be able to stay up.
