Once that living love is destroyed by contraception, abortion follows very easily." Saint Teresa of Calcutta indicates the real danger of pride/selfishness that happens when you are concerned for yourself before others. Love does not concentrate on oneself; love focuses outward to others, even toward potential others through the marital act. In this way, humans cooperate with the Divine in making life of, by, and for love. We are all "living love," fulfilled by nurturing other "living love." Do what you are made of: Live love.
