Very well written with great examples to put the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach into real applications for the couples therapist. A must read for anyone who really wanted to become proficient in the EFT model.

Excellent resource!
Format: Paperback
This is an amazing book. In Lorrie's way she breaks down EFT in a clear and concise way and provides strong support for all clinicians regardless of their level of training or experience. I can see this book being a go to book and plan to refer to it regularly both as a clinicna and as a supervisor of EFT therapists.
